Lara Bingle has lashed out at the media as her nude photo scandal continues to intensify.

Bingle gave a one-fingered salute to cameras outside her Bondi Beach apartment as her Australian cricketer partner Michael Clarke dashed back from New Zealand to support his embattled fiancée.

The model, who shot to international fame in Tourism Australia's "Where the bloody hell are you?" campaign in 2006, gave the hand gesture from the window of the couple's luxurious home this afternoon.

Bingle, 22, has endured a testing nine days after a naked photograph of her in the shower was published by Australian Woman's Day.

The graphic shot was reportedly taken against her will by AFL star Brendan Fevola during their brief fling in 2006.

Bingle, who has threatened to sue Fevola over the photo leak, said she feels "betrayed" and "humiliated".

"I had always understood it had been deleted," she told Woman's Day, in an interview she was reportedly paid NZ$260,000 for.

Bingle says a portion of the fee received will go to a cyber-bullying charity.

The bikini model has also called upon the AFL to take disciplinary action against the Brisbane Lions forward.

Fevola is yet to publicly comment on the matter but his club says he has denied any wrongdoing.

Clarke today cut short his one-day international cricket tour of New Zealand to be by his partner's side. Bingle and Fevola, who was married at the time, were involved in a brief affair after meeting on the set of The Footy Show in September 2006.

Fevola briefly separated from his wife after the scandal broke while Bingle denied any knowledge of his marriage.
