Britons have come out in force to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, with the nation's biggest musical acts taking the stage for a celebratory concert.Pop veterans Tom Jones, Paul McCartney and Elton John got the crowd going with their classic hits, while a new generation of stars also shone.
