Tropical Storm Debby has caused serious damage in the US state of California over the past few days.

An estimated 35,000 homes and businesses have been without electricity over the past few days since the severe weather struck Florida.
The area has been hit with almost 25 inches of rain by the large tropical cyclone, with evacuation notices issued for many areas in the city.
