Comic-Con enthusiasts gathered in Telford England dressed as their favourite characters.
Comic-Con, which attracts more than 125,000 people over four days, is a pop culture showcase where fans of comic books and science fiction movies gather.
New Zealand's own pulp-culture festival, Armageddon, starts its 18th year in Dunedin on March 2nd and 3rd at the Edgar Centre.
