It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: the chance to own your very own spectacularly creepy abandoned theme park.

Spreepark, located just outside Berlin, is up for grabs on eBay for a mere 1.62 million Euros.

However, prospective buyers have been warned the park is "mostly destroyed" and very spooky.

The park was closed in 2002 after its owner Norbert Witte declared it insolvent. One year later he was arrested for trying to hide 180kg of cocaine in another theme park ride and attempting to smuggle it into Germany.

Since its closure the park has been used as a location for the action film Hanna and a video clip for German punk band Sizarr.
