The Chinese zoo announced the birth of the extremely rare panda triplets on July 29, born to giant Panda Juxiao.

A spokesperson for the Chimelong Safari Park in Guangzhou said that at 15 days old, the pandas had already outlived other triplets born before them in captivity.

“It was a miracle for us and [the births] exceeded our expectations,” zoo general manager Dong Guixin said of the surviving cubs.
