Two men have been committed for trial on charges of murdering a Sri Lankan farm worker in Canterbury in February.
The body of Sameera Chandrasena, 28, was found in a house destroyed by fire near Oxford.
A post-mortem examination revealed he died of injuries from an assault before the fire.
