A motorcyclist is dead following a crash with a vehicle in Waikato on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the vehicle and motorbike, travelling in opposite directions, collided on SH23 at Whatawhata.
The sole occupant of the vehicle is badly shaken and is being attended to by ambulance staff.
Police expect the road to be closed for several hours and diversions are in place.
