A Polish dentist could face jail time after pulling out all of her ex-boyfriend's teeth.
Anna Mackowiak, 34, had only days before been dumped by Marek Olszewski, 45, when he turned up at her surgery with a toothache, the
Daily Mail reports.
Mackowiak gave Mr Olszewski a massive dose of anesthetic and when he woke up told him his mouth was numb and he wouldn't be able to feel anything.
It was only when he got home and looked in the mirror that he realized she had yanked out all of his teeth.
Mackowiak told the
Daily Mail she tried to be professional and detach herself from her emotions.
"But when I saw him lying there I just thought, 'what a bastard'."
Mr Olszewski said he was suspicious when he woke up because he could not feel his teeth and his jaw was strapped with bandages.
But he didn't doubt her because she was a "professional".
"But when I got home I looked in the mirror and couldn’t f----ing believe it. The b---- had emptied my mouth," he said.
Mr Olszewski said his new girlfriend had left him because she couldn't "be with a man without teeth" and he was going to have to pay for implants.
Mackowiak is now being investigated for malpractice and could face up to three years in jail.
