A US man's family were able to carry out his dying wish this week when they gave a waitress a $500 tip for a pizza.
James Collins, who died three days after his July 7 birthday, gave his family one request to fulfil after he passed away.
"He left us a will full of his personality," his brother Seth wrote on a tribute website.
"He asked that any debt he owed his parents be repaid should he have the money in the bank at his death, but also had the following request: Leave an awesome tip (and I don't mean 25 percent. I mean $500 on a f---ing pizza) for a waiter of waitress."
While his family initially couldn't afford to carry out the request, they managed to get the funds necessary by asking for donations on the tribute website.
Yesterday, the family surprised a young waitress at a pizza restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky, which they captured in a video posted on YouTube.
"My brother passed away late last week and his last wish … he asked that we go have pizza and leave the waiter or waitress a $500 tip," Seth explains in the video.
The waitress starts fanning herself with the stack of money, repeatedly asking if they are serious.
"Oh my God, I want to hug you," she says.
"I'm going to be telling this story for the rest of my life."
The waitress promised to share the money with her colleagues.
The family said they have already received more donations via the website and plan to "continue changing the lives of random waiters and waitresses for years".
