The moment a member of a wedding party was rescued from a raging river after a bridge collapsed in China has been captured on video.
Two cars in the wedding procession were on the way to the ceremony when they plunged 10m into the river in Shandong Province following heavy rains and flooding on Monday.
Two people managed to crawl out of one of the cars and swim to safety but the driver of the other became trapped as the floodwaters rose and mudslides threatened to bury his vehicle.
Video taken by locals shows a rescue worker clambering onto the crushed car and dragging the driver, who has not been identified, out of the sunroof.
The man reportedly suffered bone fractures and a head wound but is expected to make a full recovery.
China's capital Beijing suffered its heaviest rainfall in 60 years over the weekend, leaving 37 people dead and causing major flooding and damage.
More than 65,000 people had to be evacuated from their homes.
