A crowd of about 20 people helped lift a car off a nine-year-old boy after he was struck and dragged 15 metres underneath it in Canada.
A resident from a nearby apartment filmed the chaotic incident as it unfolded in a residential street of Toronto on Saturday.
A woman can be heard wailing as about 20 people gather around the car to help.
"They put it on neutral, lifted it up and they pushed it backwards," a witness said.
"He was bleeding from his back. He was like crumpled up. The condition was really bad."
The boy was reportedly taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses said he was crossing in front of a stationary bus when he was hit by a car in the middle of the road.
