We can add Belarusian motorcyclists to the list of creatures that always land on their feet, if this astonishing video is to be believed.
Dashcam footage from the eastern European country of Belarus has shown a biker crash into the back of a car, only to somersault and land on its roof.
The motorcyclist then clings on as the BMW comes to a stop.
The Suzuki he was riding was reportedly travelling at 85km/h at the time of the collision, which makes his survival all the more remarkable.
"He was incredibly lucky," local government spokesman Eugene Zilina told local newspaper Nasha Niva. The crash took place on a bridge over the Dnieper River, and despite taking place on July 30, the video was only just posted online overnight.
Another accident took place minutes later in the opposite direction of the dual carriageway, when another vehicle crashed into the back of a Citroen which had slowed down to look at the aftermath.
